One of the most important issues for companies is the accuracy of the legal issues and contracts. Nevertheless many companies use outdated contracts.

Why pay for advice?
Technologies and thus terms are changing rapidly today so handling the contracts yourself can be tricky.
Some contracts are drawn up by parties in good faith but many times the terms in an agreement have to be changed in order to reflect a specific deal.

Copying a contract
A mistake that is often made is to rip a contract whether from another company or from the internet, copy it 1:1 and fill it out in order to use it.
This often results in loss of money and terms that are not acceptable for a certain deal…. Every contract is unique, so is every deal!
